Children can let off steam in supervised programs, while adults relax with wellness treatments or spend relaxing hours on the terrace. Our day spa is open daily from 10:00 to 21:30. Please check in at reception upon arrival so that we can prepare for your visit.

In our 1,800 m² spa area, you can enjoy a wide range of wellness facilities designed for relaxation, regeneration, and renewed energy:

Finnish sauna (approx. 85 °C) – intense and invigorating
Bio sauna (approx. 55–65 °C) – gentle warmth with pleasant humidity
Hay sauna (approx. 60 °C) – soothing herbal aroma for deep relaxation
Zillertal sweat room (approx. 90 °C) – traditional sauna experience with alpine character
Steam bath (approx. 40–45 °C) – moist heat for skin and respiratory system
Infrared cabin – targeted deep heat to relax muscles

Yes, please bring your own bathing shoes – we deliberately avoid using disposable items. We will provide towels and bathrobes for you during your stay. Swimwear is required for the swimming pool or bathing pond. Clothing is not required in the saunas. Bathrobes are perfect for the relaxation areas, but not for the restaurant – there you can enjoy your meals in normal clothing.

It is best to leave valuables at home. If you wish to store something securely, lockers are available in the changing rooms. These can be locked with a 1 or 2 euro coin. Please note that we accept no liability for personal belongings.

Yes, of course! You can book massages, facials or body rituals in addition to your stay.
We recommend reserving your desired treatment in advance before arrival or directly at the spa reception.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so that you have time to settle in and get ready.

Yes, you will find a tea and water station with fresh fruit and small healthy snacks.

Then you also have access to the sun terrace or garden area.

Please do not reserve sun loungers permanently with personal belongings. This ensures that every guest has the opportunity to relax in peace.

If you are pregnant and unsure whether the chosen treatment is suitable, please speak to us beforehand. We will be happy to advise you so that your spa visit is safe and enjoyable.

Check-in is from 15:00, please check-out by 11:00 at the latest. For a late check-out, please contact the reception (possible for an extra charge).

Earlier room occupancy is subject to availability and can only be confirmed one day before arrival. Guaranteed check-in is from 3 pm. Please note that rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

Yes, we offer a luggage storage service free of charge at reception.

On arrival you will receive a voucher for lunch, which you can redeem in the restaurant on the day of arrival if you arrive early or, alternatively, on the day of departure.

Yes, we have barrier-free rooms. Please indicate your request when booking so that we can plan for this.

In our public areas (e.g. restaurant, lobby) we ask you to wear smart casual clothing. Bathrobes and swimwear are only permitted in the wellness area.

Dogs are very welcome here! Please let us know when booking that you are travelling with a dog. A cleaning fee may apply. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Our hotel has its own car park. A reservation is not required. Charging stations are available for electric cars (may be subject to a charge).
